I can't believe that Bishop Pena is still trying to squash the Union.

First, he 'cashes-in" the employee's pension fund. Then he does wholesale firings at all the parishes. Then when the employees join the Union to protect themselves, he refuses to fund the churches that signed the contracts. Now, he is spending mega-bucks on these silly Tribunals and legal fees just to fight something that his Mother Church has supported with compassion for years! What gives with him?

Wonder what his friend Cesar Chavez would have to say about his actions? He is probably rolling around in his grave! When the Bishop 'walked' with Cesar Chavez, as he says he did, he must have just been carrying the water bucket!
