The fence is not a pretty sight, but I am thankful to God that we didn't lose our properties. We don't support the construction of the border wall any where in the Valley. It's a segmented and very selective positioned fence which makes no sense at all, except to quiet and show the the fence proponents that this administration is trying to curb immigration and supposedly terrorist groups for national security purposes. They are violating every human, civil and international right which protect the people owning these properties.<BR/>The U.S.Supreme Court is contridicting case law priorly used to protect private estate grants in South Texas. They need to prove the effect this segmented fence will have against national security. It's all a show at our expense. Why isn't Texas stepping in, I mean the Attorney General and the Governor, see if the General Land Office allows the U.S. government to take any of their public domain without a fight and a congressional law?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
